We love our amazing home! The first things we noticed when we bought our home from Hays Construction were the details. The high ceilings, the beautiful moldings around every door and window, the high end appliances, the decorative accents. Now that we have lived here for over 6 years, we notice the wonderful flow of the house. We appreciate the energy efficiency. We are delighted with the solid construction (no problems or repairs). We recognize the expertise, thought and attention that went into building our home. My husband and I often say that if we ever move again we definitely want John Hays to be our builder.
